LEROY FRUMP

Leroy Frump, resident handyman with the IQ of a lug wrench, always wore a frumpy hat, a white t-shirt and suspenders that J.P. would take great joy in snapping. Leroy would enter by climbing a ladder through a hole that J.P. would unfold and lay on the floor. Played by Bob Newman (who else?).
